Captain's Practice

Captain’s practices will be held Monday, August 7th through the 10th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.  Players will meet at the dome turf.  Captain’s practices are not a district sponsored high school activity but rather an optional opportunity for the girls to get together to play. The first hour will be led by Inspired Athletx and focus on conditioning.  The second hour will be led by the returning varsity senior players with a focus on technical drills. Players should arrive prepared to play. There will be no access to the locker room, and we want to minimize the time spent sitting around.  If a player is sick, please have them stay home.  Players should bring:

  • white and dark colored shirt

  • soccer ball

  • cleats and shin guards

  • water bottle

A parent volunteer must be onsite during Captains Practices to assist with any emergency and to isolate a player if they become sick.  We will have two volunteer shifts daily, each for an hour. Volunteer sign up will be posted when it's available.
